ACCOMPLISHED MINISTRIES:

 

On August 8 we had the privilege of holding our outdoor service, picnic and baptismal service at Platte River State Park.  Eleven people were baptized upon the confession of their faith in Christ alone for eternal life.

 

  A team of nine adults were involved in a short term mission trip to the Red Lake Indian Reservation in Minnesota.  If you missed their report, please come ask one of them and they will be more than happy to share some stories with you of what God accomplished in and through them.

 

Dr. Lonnie Hofer has been part of three short term mission trips this spring.  In January he taught the Gospel of John to church leaders in northern Iraq.  In March he taught the Pastoral Epistles to church leaders in Anapa, Russia.  And in May he taught the book of Daniel to Bible College students in Zambia, Africa.  Sharon, his wife, taught watercolor art to these Bible College students so they can suppliment their income both now during Bible College and in their future ministries.
